Yes, our castles are manufactured to exacting professional hire standards including the use of triple stitched seams.
Are you insured?
Yes, Stirling Bouncy Castles carries full public liability insurance.
Are your castles in good condition?
Yes, our castles are less than 12 months old and are in excellent condition.
Can I use one of your castles at an indoor venue such as a community hall?
Yes, we have sandbags which are used to hold the castle in place where pegs can’t be used.

Can we hire a castle if we don’t have access to power?
Yes, we can supply a generator at a discounted rate.
When your castle arrives, you will be asked to confirm our hire agreement by signing a copy of the terms of business below.
STIRLING BOUNCY CASTLES' TERMS OF BUSINESS
- These are the terms and conditions of hire under which Stirling Bouncy Castles rents out its equipment. Please read them carefully and sign at the bottom to signify that you understand and accept these terms. The term 'you' means the person hiring the castle and signing this form.
- Stirling Bouncy Castles cannot accept any responsibility for damage or injury caused whilst our equipment is on hire to you.
- Please ensure that the delivery driver has free and easy access to erect the castle on a clean flat lawn or other suitable area. Should you order a castle and fail to provide a suitable area (e.g. should the area be sloping or very wet) the driver will not erect the unit but full payment will be required.
- Stirling Bouncy Castles reserve the right to cancel a booking for safety reasons e.g. high winds or heavy rain. Customers may also cancel bookings at any time due to inclement weather. No payment will be required.
- No child taller than the side wall of the castle is permitted to use the castle. Users must never wear footwear whilst using the castle, and glasses, hair clips and other potentially dangerous personal items should be removed before a user enters the castle. No adults should use the castle. You are responsible for ensuring that an appropriate adult is supervising the castle whilst in use and accept full responsibility for any injury caused to users of the castle.
- You indemnify Stirling Bouncy Castles against damage howsoever caused to the castle whilst on hire to you, and agree to pay the full cost of repair or replacement if necessary.
- You indemnify Stirling Bouncy Castles against the theft of the castle whilst on hire to you. Should the castle be rented overnight, you are responsible for ensuring that the castle and all associated equipment are stored securely.
- Equipment will be provided in a clean condition. Please remember if the inflatable is dirty or damaged when collected the Hirer is liable for the full repair or cleaning costs.
